You’ve just stepped into a new role leading Total Rewards at an organization facing rising employee expectations, leadership pressure, inconsistent programs, and growing concerns around retention and engagement. Nothing is fully broken, but nothing is fully working either.

In this interactive simulation, participants will work through the realities of inheriting a fragmented Total Rewards strategy and deciding what to tackle first. Working in teams, attendees will evaluate competing priorities, respond to leadership challenges, and build a practical roadmap across compensation, benefits, recognition, flexibility, communication, and employee experience.

Along the way, new developments and organizational curveballs will force quick decisions, tradeoffs, and recalibration in real time. The session is designed to mirror the complexity of modern Total Rewards leadership while giving participants space to collaborate, debate approaches, and learn from one another.

Attendees will leave with practical ideas, fresh perspectives, and a stronger framework for evaluating Total Rewards decisions inside their own organizations.
